Permalinks with only category and post ID

    Hi

    On my norwegian website I have portfolio and a photo section. I am trying to make the permalinks work with only /%category%/%post_id%/ but it won’t work as I want it to work. This might be because I haven’t understood the consept of permalinks, but I like to think that i have.

    The reason for trying to make the permalinks work this way is because i cant find another way to get the sidebar to expand and collapse in some of the different categories.
