[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Image Click & Lightbox/Highslide

    I’m using NextGen as my gallery. I’d like to be able to place a slideshow/smoothgallery/JQuery Cycle (anything non-flash) at the top of a post and when the reader clicks an image have that image open in lightbox or high slide, or any other decent looking effect with the image title and EXIF data.

    I’m struggling to find a combination of plugins that can help make that work for me. I can get smoothgallery to work with NextGen but when I click and image it goes directly to the image URL (no nice effect). I can get JQuery Cycle to display a nice cycling slideshow but when I click the image, nothing.

    Can anyone point me to the right combination of plugins I might need to get the effects I’m looking for please?
