[Plugin: Google Transliteration] Google Transliterate 1.7 does not work with WordPress 3.2.1 Post Ed

    I am trying to use Sinhala words and they all appear fine as I type but all characters change to question marks when I publish the post. did any one find a solutions ? Do I need to install anything else in wordpress to get this functional.
