   I am trying to add google video to my wp posts. I have wp 2.0 running.

   The videos are flash and the code looks like this:

   I tried the html tool and no luck. Any solutions?

   WordPress inserts BR tags at the end of each line. Try smashing all of this code into one line to avoid this problem.

   Also, you have to turn off the Rich Visual Editor (or use the Code Editor), or else it won't interpret it as code.

   I use <embed> tag to display Google Videos, for example:

   The Extreme Video plugin actually seems to work for me. The website is a little strange, and the examples (for Google Video at least) are old, but I copied the two files into my plugin directory, edited them per the directions, then wrapped the video link with the gv tags (and square brackets). The video showed up even in preview mode, so I'm happy.
