im not sure if i have understood your question.
If you want to use wordpress you need to install it.
In most cases your host should be able to help or provide a tool like fantastico that will help you get installed easily.
As rxhost said, your host should be able to provide a tool like Fantastico. Fantastico is an auto-installer, and makes installation quick and easy.
Have a look at these for more information:

Getting Started With WordPress
Will this help? We’re recording a series of YouTube videos on this topic (still in progress) and here’s the first video, which shows how to install WordPress on your host using a web software install program called Softaculous.
If your host doesn’t offer this installer, ask if they have something similar.
Hopefully your hosting provider have tools like Softaculous or Fantastico. It will help you to install. Or you may look at this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Getting_Started_with_WordPress
If the host does not provide install programs is not that hard to install wordpress with new versions 3.0 as there is install program included upload wordpress to location, create database and just put domain name in address bar and you will install program running follow the steps and you can not go wrong and after you will need to learn one day.
There may be time when you have update manually since auto update broke your website.
If you learned how to use ftp and server you will be back on line in no time where as if you did not learn how to use this tools you will have problems.
I find the book “Wrox.WordPress.24.Hour.Trainer” useful
