Updating to 3.2.1

    I’m having a terrible time updating or adding anything, both to 3.2.1 and plugins, on my website.

    Here’s the reason it cites:

    “You cannot update because WordPress 3.2.1 requires PHP version 5.2.4 or higher. You are running version 5.1.6.”

    What I want to know is would this affect my ability to use the Editor to change the style.css and also add plugins??

    ask your hosts to upgrade PHP.

    using an older version of WordPress won’t affect your ability to change style.css, but plugins which depend on the latest features may not work.
