Can't view FLV video

I uploaded my own video (FLV) to my own server (I use Bluehost). I entered in the link in my blog post when I clicked on insert flash video button.

I can see the flash video player on my blog post page, but there is a large white triangle in the middle with an exclaimation in the middle of it.

Please help!! Can’t figure out what I am doing wrong!
