Nothing loads in the chat window

I goto my main page and the chat window pops up but it says loading and nothing happens, I didn’t change anything just installed and tried, I would really like it if you updated and fixed any problems that you may or may not be aware of atm, I am on a hosting site but all my other plugins work fine so it has to be the code in this one.
