Are you using the “menu builder” in WP?
If yes, just use wp_nav_menu.
Example of it’s use:
wp_nav_menu(array('menu' => 'Main menu')); ?></nav>
To list WP links, you can use WP List Bookmarks.
That was exactly what I was looking for. I installed the exec php plugin and just put this code in the page. Can you help me with one more thing:
I use the menu to show recent news for a company, and I include the date. However, as you know, the date becomes part of the hyperlink.
The page that you referenced said that you could add any text that you wanted before the tag with a simple code, and with that, you could use get_date() to insert the date that the entry was made into the menu.
Sorry bout that. It is supposed to say, “The page that you referenced said that you could add any text that you wanted before the A tag with a simple code…”
The tag made it look like a link. Sorry.
