Can you remove /Êtagory from posts URLS in just ONE catagory?.

Trying to find a way to achieve the following.

We have a bunch of catagories on the blog and would like all of them except for one to have URL’s displayed as:

http://www.blog.com/catagoryname/postitle.html

But on one of the catagories, we need to have it remove the catagory part of the URL so just

http://www.blog.com/postitle.html

Is this doable, hackable, plugin-inable ?
