Baseball Standings Plugins

I’m interested in a plugin that would allow me to add Major League Baseball standings to my blog. The idea would be to have the plugin handle all the formatting, etc. and the user would only have to put a tag in their sidebar wherever they wanted the standings to appear. As far as I can tell such a plugin doesn’t yet exist. I am willing to attempt to build one but before I can I need a feed of the standings to parse out. Can anybody help me?
