If you are logged in, you will see “Average Rating” and “Your Rating”.
Select the number of stars under “Your Rating” you want to give for a rating and click it. Roll your cursor over the empty stars, you’ll see the effect.
I see that, except there are no stars under “Your Rating”. Hmm…
Very strange. Normally they are simply blank stars until you roll over them, then they turn red. Perhaps it just has something to do with the newness of your user account.
I bet that’s it. I’ll wait a day or so and see if the servers get it resolved. Thanks!

Same here. I am somewhat newly registered and have not yet rated a theme… I have no stars. Hmph.

Thanks for the update Ipstenu – I’ve had an account here for years and never tried rating. (Big up to the Constructor Theme and a chap called Anton Shevchuk)
Any resolution on this, I too would like to be able to rate shell lite with 5 stars. Fantastic theme, fantastic support.
I’ve been here over a year and still can’t rate themes. That’s quite a while for a DB error to exist. Maybe the PTB just haven’t noticed it yet.
I’d like to be able to rate iFeature 5 stars (used the free version on two sites for a few months and just upgraded to Pro, great theme, great support). Been a WP.org site member for a few years… not sure why I can’t rate it!
I am also unable to rate themes, any progress on resolving this issue?
Same for me.Given the amount of experimenting I did with themes, I would really like to rate a number of them, particularly iFeature 3 which I hve finally settled on.
I can’t believe they still don’t have this fixed.
