i have used this plugin but i want to submit a sitemap to google

Go to http://www.google.com/webmaster, login with your google account then you can add your site and after that you can submit your sitemap by pointing your sitemap address in your site, for example http://www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml

Is your site map actually working?

If you’d gone to http://seshpatro.com/sitemap.xml you’d see, not so much 🙂 You need to check your files for blank lines outside the <?php .... ?> calls.

It could be a couple things. Normally that happens when you have extra spaces in your plugins, but also if your plugin’s incompatible with other plugins with your site.

You could start with trying another plugin.

You’re getting free help from volunteers here. Be patient, or consider hiring someone at jobs.wordpress.net if you don’t know how to debug it yourself.

Step 1 to debugging: Turn off ALL your plugins. Visit your site, then turn JUST the sitemap one back on. If it works, then you know you have a plugin CONFLICT. If not, then you know that particular plugin does NOT work on YOUR site (which can happen).

Hey, i have solved the problem which was very simple.
The first line of the sitemap.xml file was empty and i had to use the backspace on my keyboard to make it fill with the <?xml.Thank everybody.
