I just attempted to manually upgrade a site and got the dreaded “No input file specified.” All other sites are fine. PHP is fine on the site via phpinfo.php. I can connect to the database from the site via other scripts. But I can not get WOrdpress to be recognized.

I have even tried a clean install with a new database.

    I am on W2K3, IIS6, PHP 5.3.3, MySQL 5.0.41

Anyone? Help please? I am going crazy. Everything was working fine until the upgrade. And now one domain will not work.

Permissions. Even though all folders had the correct permissions, the files did not. I had to apply to all children.
