Is my website theme too crap?

Hi! I am building a website which is like a directory but it contains much more features. The address is http://chitwan.info. I am not sure if the theme I am using/working on is very good. Because I don’t have any money online, I am currently forced to use free themes. May be when I will have money online, I am thinking to use the classipress theme later. But for now, is my current theme okay to go? My website is http://chitwan.info. I would really love to read what you guys think. Please suggest me something.
