[Plugin: Multisite Plugin Manager] Add "Must Use" option

    Hi,

    This is actually a feature request.
    What about adding “Must Use” option. That means make a plugin be activated for all new sites ( Like “Auto Activated” ) and Filter it out from site Admin plugin list ( like “none”).

    This will enable the Must Use functionality, With out the trouble of managing the mu-plugins.

    What do you say?
