[Plugin: Outlook to SeeEm importer] I cant seem to find the seeem importer?

I have installed the plugin and am trying to get hold of the SeeEm importer link but can’t see it under tools (or anywhere else).

Also I am a bit confused about the SeeEm contact manager itself as I can find no mention of it anywhere other than on the implorter page, what is it?
