Removing the Header, using Adspace instead?

    I’m wondering if I would mess up anything like the title tag or meta-data by just deleting the header, and instead putting my header graphic, adsense & text in the top Ad Spaces (plugin) box?

    This is for the semiologic pro theme.

    That would work, yes — but you’ll no longer be able to manage your navigation menu via the admin interface.

    Well, I guess I mis spoke. I tried deleting

    <?php the_page_header(); ?>

    from the “header” template, and it deleted my Ad Space too.

    Any way of deleting the header without deleting the “header” Ad Space?

    you can force an arbitrary ad block to appear using:

    <!--adblock#header-->

    (assuming an ad block called header)
