   I have just upgraded. I can't see any posts from before the updade but they are still in the database. It even show the number is each category on the default theme.

   Both - switch plugins off first ?

   I deactivated plugins and then upgraded, but it doesn't help.

   I delete all the file under the "cache" folder and follow the steps. Well, it's back to normal.
   Thanks.

   Oh no! When I activate plugins, articles dissapear again! :(

   I guess I found the problem.
   Plugin "Adhesive" isn't compatiable with WP 2.01.

   Deactivating "Adhesive" fixed it for me too -- thanks!
