Settings page not rendered

    Hi, im trying to implement my plugin but, ive stuck in writting settings page for it. I`m new to WordPress, but also to PHP so can anybody can tell me what am i doing wrong in this code? does it have to do anything with how php includes pages? Directory is like:
    plugin
    /main.php
    /templates/install.php
