Problem removing plugin from sub site after deleting plugin

    Hello: I have a wordpress multisite and I have deleted the plugin from my directory. However, when I go to a sub site the login is on the top navigation and when clicked a message appears [theme-my-login]. For some reason it is not removing from sub sites and I need to resolve this as soon as possible. Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Go into the wp-admin/plugins.php section of each site. If you didn’t deactivate it first, the sites may still think it’s there.

    Thank you for the help. I went into the .php file and have no clue what to delete. I am afraid to “guess” and get it wrong and mess up the site. If you could tell me exactly what to look for. I did did a search for “theme” to locate anything referencing theme my site but nothing appeared. Help! 🙂 Thanks.

    She’s saying visit the page in the admin area, do no edit that file.

    You will need to delete the “Login” page from the sub-sites.
