   Where can find template hooks that are available for WP2?
   Am facing trouble finding it in the Codex.

   Additionally, if I am not mistaken WP2 offers users to change certain elements of the theme from the Presentation area, ofcourse provided the theme author has given that support.
   I would like to do just that and so am looking for documentation on it.

   Any guides?

   I don't know a lot about that (can't code my way out of a wet paper bag..), but I think what you need is to look at functions.php in the default theme. That should give you some ideas on how functions can be added, and hopefully some idea of what hooks to look for in the Codex.
