RSS FEED posting in my Web page

    Hello

    Can anyone tell me
    i just got WordPress

    and i like to know if i can use it to post the feed i get from RSS and post it in my news page in web

    i have a web page and i like to know how i can use wordpress?

    The plugin you could use is:
    Plugin Name: Feed List
    Plugin URI: http://rawlinson.us/blog/?p=212
    Description: Displays any ATOM or RSS feed in your blog.

    Thank you

    All i want to do it get the new feed than have my new web page from my web server and i like to post it for PPL who dont have time to get the feed and they can come to and read the news from my web
    so can wordpress do that?

    I did get the The plugin

    and i dotn know why i did get this err msg

    Fatal error:

    Cannot redeclare getlinklistsettings() (previously declared in /home/public_html/ectvwp/wp-content/plugins/feedlist.php:75)
    in /home/public_html/ectvwp/wp-content/plugins/rssLinkList.php on line 23
