after the upgrade

I had a feeling I shouldn’t try upgrading with everything going so well with plugins, but I went ahead and loaded WP 2.0.1, then reinstalled the plugins. I set up someone else’s blog with exactly the same files (except config. of course) and all was well, but even though plugins seem to be functioning, in the admin panel links I’m getting errors.
1) mylinkorder error:

2) mygallery: first link is fine other links get error:

The requested URL /wordpress/wp-admin/mygallery/mygallerymain.php was not found on this server.

3) eventcalendar link on admin panel:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ec3_options in /hsphere/local/home/jlherron/characterdriven.org/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/eventcalendar3.php on line 34

If I could get some help on these issues I’d been ever grateful.
