Multiple Pages per Category?

    I am curious if there’s a hack/plug in that allows one to limit the amount of posts that are displayed in a category with a Next page function? For instance my General Category is getting quite large:
    http://www.garbage-house.com/index.php?cat=1
    And I would like the ability to say have 15 of the most recent posts show up on page 1 and have a Next Page (Previous Page on further pages) function. I searched on this but didn’t find anything in the forums.
