"Last Updated" in plugin directory not updating

This appears to be the same issue as

which is tagged as “resolved”, but I’m having the same issue:

I did all things in one commit, i.e. create the subdirectory under tags and change the stable tag in the readme in trunk, but although Otto said in the thread mentioned above that this is the ideal way of doing it, the “Last Updated” remains on the old date.

Can you either bump http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/comment-email-verify/ manually for me, or let me know what else I should be doing?
