Missing Add New Plugin on Admin Panel!

    Something happened to my Add New Plugin on the Admin Panel. I’ve disabled all my plugins and it is still missing.

    Have you tried:

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    I found out what happened and for documentation purposes thought I would update the ticket.

    I found that when I switched to multi-site configuration the New Plugin option was under Network Admin in the upper right corner of the screen.
