  • Hello, first off I want to thank you for developing such a useful plugin like this. It’s always worked well for me but I’ve been having some problems recently after implementing some features so I could expand. Really, I’m trying to run a user submitted video site, based off of videos from YouTube.com. I’m using Gravity Forms to get the job done and SimpleVideoEmbedder to handle the video embeds. I have made a ‘_videoembed’ field in the form so when the user submits a URL, it is auto-submitted into SimpleVideoEmbedder; I can also have the user specify the post title, description, and category with Gravity Forms’ post-fields. However, Video Thumbnails does not detect a thumbnail for the video embedded, even though the video is attached and shows up fine on the post page. To fix it, I have to go into the posts part of the dashboard and manually update each post without a featured image. Is there any way you can think of that this problem could be fixed? If so, I would gladly reward you for your help; the support forums over at the Gravity Forms website aren’t very helpful as they only talk about how they’re planning on including these features. I know I can add hooks to forms, but I have no idea where to go as I only have a very limited background with coding (only from tinkering with themes and plugins). Thanks! Matt
