403 Forbidden Error when deleting plugins

    I’m getting a 403 forbidden error whenever I try to delete a plugin on an install of WP 3.2.

    I was also getting the following error on the Widgets and Menu pages, which prevented javascript from working on those pages:

    “Failed to load the resource. The server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) load-scripts.php”

    When I set CONCATENATE_STRINGS to false, I don’t have the problem with the widget and menu pages, which makes me think it has something to do with the GET variables?

    I’m using PHP 5.2.17 and MySQL 5.1.52-cll. I also installed the json PEAR package just to make sure. All plugins are deactivated, using 2011 theme.
