Help, I am trying to delete the default post, but I can't find it. It is there, but in the admin area, it is missing, is it a chmod problem.
The posts shows on the site, but not under the
admin area.
manage > posts
I Chmod the folders to 755 and the files to 644, is that the problem.

Please help.
Well it seems it should be in Administration > Manage > Posts to delete but maybe the cache and your plugins are at fault.
Maybe deactivate at least the plugin showing the most recent posts. Still have the problem? Logout and if necessary delete your wp-content/cache folder.

do you mean delete the whole folder with the themes and plugins etc...
Nope, just wp-content/cache folder if you have one.

i think its working know, all i need to do know is choose a theme that works. it was't the theme, don't get me wrong.
it was the plugin, i think i should contact the plugin creator. and let them know, perhaps they have already fixed it and i can download the fixed version.
thanks for you help, michael
