Fluency is Broken (FIX)

    Strait out of the box..

    1)Side bar CSS is still a bit off

    2)the default/home page is still a bit distorted

    3)I had to change the width of the side bar from 200 to 180 to allow it to work…

    Its an improvement I hope there will be more improvements
