WordPress 3.2 rss & rss2 showing different content. Any help is appreciated.

    WordPress 3.2 rss and rss2 are showing different content. The rss feed seems to be following rules set by a $query->is_home filter I have for the front page. The rss2 feed is just showing all posts in reverse chronological order. Is this normal?

    Either way, anyone have a suggested fix?
