I have several blogs, every time an update is announced I update all my sites, this time after the most recent update (I do the automatic update option) I clicked to go back to the dashboard, everything was there, in all the right places and the hyper-links all work, except the nav bar is missing. The whole left side where the where the nav bar should be is blank. When I hover over that area there is no sign of anything there. I really need to get this resolved so I can get to my plugins. Any suggestions? Thanx

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

add /wp-admin to the end of your site in the address bar.

You Guys are awesome! Turns out it was a plugin causing everything. Thank you both so much,
