Don't want any login users at my comments.

Hi,

I’m trying to change my comment template to make it required to always fill out name and e-mail EVEN if you’re logged in. I’m not that good with php though, so I need some help. Any suggestions how to fix this?

I succeeded changing the form, but the comment still shows the username and not the one I’ve choosed in the form.
