WP3.2, BP1.2.9 – Unable to post or create assignments

I updated a site with courseware content to WP3.2, followed by an upgrade to BP1.2.9. I am currently unable to add new or edit existing assignments. Nothing at all populates below the sub-menu’s.

I have two other sites that are still in development, have also been upgraded to the same versions, but have no Courseware content. I am able to add new assignments, however the CSS formatting for the forms is messed up.
