Reply to comment – commentform not moving under comment

I have tried for several hours to integrate properly respond to comments.

Normally the response form below jump under the comment when you click on the response-link. I have embedded the JavaScript in the head and also given the response form the necessary div id = “respond”.

But, unfortunately, the form does not want to jump below the comment, instead of moving the form, I am redirected to such an exemplary link: http://www.trendhure.com/2011/07/05/picdump-92/?replytocom=470014#respond. I’ve tried everything, removed the CSS styling for the comment-list, copied style for comment-list from the default theme, but nothing has helped.

I would be glad if someone could help me, because I absolutely don’t get any further.
