  • What were you doing when this happened?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). Don’t forget the ones in mu-plugins. If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    Sounds like you’re using http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ag-custom-admin

    Try upgrading it manually.

It was the first thing that happened following an auto update of WP3.2.

    Was the upgrade successful?

If so, go in and rename your plugins folder to plugins-old. I SUSPECT that the plugin ‘AG Custom Admin’ is causing your prblems.

This is error thrown from ‘AG Custom Admin’ plugin. WordPress version 3.2 is compatible only with 1.2.4 or higher version of ‘AG Custom Admin’ plugin.

You should also clear your browser’s cache after all upgrades to be sure that no outdated files are cached and used instead of latest files.

Nice one, its definitely AG Custom Admin”

    1. Run Updates
    2. Deactivate AG Custom Admin
    3. Clear Browser Cache
    4. Reactivate Plugin
