Need Help with Finding a Membership Plugin and a Directory Plug

I am in need of a Directory Plugin That will display information regarding a business including the business web site.

And I need a Membership plugin that will work in harmony with the Directory Plugin and only allow access to the Add and manage the directory just for paid members.

I have found WP-Directory, and that project seems to be dead, and the latest we found is Connections directory but S2Member doesn’t work will with it, as it does not allow the display for the paid member to log in to the Directory (like add new site etc).

Really do not wish to HACK plugins as that leads to upgrade issues. So if anyone might know a good combination I would appreciate you letting me know (as others that might be having same issue)
