co-owner can't log in

    My website co-owner can’t log in to one of our wordpress websites. We have several that are all hosted on the same GoDaddy account under the same primary domain. The one he’s having trouble with is http://wholefoodtherapy.com He even tried from another computer in his home and from his Verison air card (so as using a different IP address).

    He is able to log into our other sites, http://pursuitofresearch.org http://strapnwrap.com and http://nutraeasy.com

    When he tries to log into wholefoodtherapy.com he just gets looped back to the login screen. I have no problems logging into the site, and even tried from my phone using 3G and was able to log in without any issues.

    Is he using FF?

    He used Chrome first then tried in FF. Neither worked.

    Under settings, general, wordpress address, if there is a www in it take it out, if there is not put it in.

    Test which ever address you are going to use before but there should be no problem. I just went to the site with and without a www.

    FF and Chrome sometimes seem to have a problem between their cache and the wordpress test. Clearing the cache does not seem to work but for some this has solved the problem by forcing FF and Chrome to accept something new. If the above doesn’t change anything follow the instructions and change the site address.
