Update not showing

Hello,

I noticed this morning that on my live sites I am being given an announcement that WordPress 3.1.4 is available. However, On my local laptop development sites, this update is not being shown – even when I actively check for new updates. It says that I am using the current version of WordPress (3.1.3)

I’ve updated my local copies before, so I know that it is possible for local installations to see the updates. Any thoughts?
