How to add code wrap tags to posts?

I am wanting to make my post recognize when I post codes such as php, javascript, html, css, and etc and make them stand out like it is done here

I tried contacting the owner of that blog with no luck. What plugin are they using or how can I accomplish this? I tried wrapping my text with tags like used in forums but with no luck.

Please advise.
