Problem opening my site

Hi,

I am currently trying to setup my wordpress site. I am using Register.com to host my WP. I managed to installed the software successfully (i guess). I also able to work around the dashboard. But when I want to view my recent post from my website, the blog page does not appear. (different webpage appear)

Anyone care to advice.
