Thumbnail slider gallery plugin needed

Hi, I have a client who is looking for a very specific type of sliding gallery plugin. The gallery needs to be all thumbnails that open the larger versions when clicked. There need to be a few rows of thumbnails with buttons on the side to slide to the next set of thumbnails.

Most importantly, the gallery needs to be very simple to add images to, preferably running off of WordPress’ basic gallery. So the author should be able to just upload a photo to the post and have it go to the gallery without needing to go to another section of the admin or paste any code into the editor.

We need to apply the gallery only to a single custom post type and not to all the posts on the site, so we’d need to be able to code the gallery into just the single template.
