restoring backup

    Hey.
    I noticed 3 updates on the dashboard this morning , one being for FORMBUILDER, WP e Commerce, andWP Mail SMPT. So like a typical newbie I updated every thing. Now my Simple form wont show up and god only knows what else has gone wrong.
    I did back up first though. Is there anyway to restore every thing as it was.

    What kind of backup did you preform? Just a content backup (Tools -> Export), or did you perform a SQL dump and backup all your WordPress installation files?
