• Hi, someone built my site and now I am attempting to edit content and structure. I can change code, but I cannot find the wp-content directory. Someone mentioned a cpanel in previous question, but I have no idea what that is.

  • unless you can be very specific in details as to what version of WordPress you have installed, and what you need help with, you won’t find much help here.

The directory wp-content/ will be found in the (WordPress) installation root directory.

cPanel is a tool used to administrate ones site and server details, and would be provided by your host. It has nothing to do with WordPress except in that with some cPanel setups a WordPress installer is available, as well as easy access to your site’s directories and files, etc.
