How To Add HelloBar To HeadWay Theme?

    I am using the Headway theme and am trying to add a Hello Bar to the top. It says to put it after the <body> tag. I have no idea where to find that. I tried to place it in the easy hooks, but it didn’t work.

    Has anyone else been able to add a hellobar to their headway theme?
