Header Logo is not Centered

That is not the proper way to center align an element. You have to set the left and right margin to auto and display it as block.

So in your theme it will be cleaner to just edit style.css and look for #logo around line 38.

Change the margin property to this:

margin: 63px auto 34px;

And add this:

display: block;
