   I followed all thin instructions here:

   http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress

   and I am now getting an error message when I try to run the upgrade. This is my error below.

   Warning: main(/home/rezzline/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/rezzline/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 73

   Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/home/rezzline/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/rezzline/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 73

   Please help...Thank You.

   Maybe try uploading files once again.

   Deleted and uploaded files again and the same error exists.

   Ok...What I did was did a fresh install then moved everything else over. Not the upgrade method but it worked.
