Add offset to wp_list_comments

    I need display comments starting from the second comment (hiding the first comment in query).
    I know how to do it with get_comments (&offset=1) but since I’m using wp_list_comments() with a callback in functions.php. I really don’t know how to accomplish that using that function. Core modifications are also welcome.
