Theme reconfiguration assistance

Can someone assist me with information for reconfiguring the same template I’m using for my classified ads site (4starlist.com), because I would like to create a website where visitors can go and vote for their favorite girl? I like the Featured Listings slider on the site, because those girls who choose to pay for this premium space could have their photos placed there, which would direct/link visitors to their profile. I would like to add a photo gallery for each girl who registers and creates a profile on the site and also add a button within each girl’s profile that would give each visitor the option to become a paying member, in order to view more photos of the girls that wouldn’t be accessible to regular visitors who only come to vote. I would like to be able to set the amount they would have to pay to become a member, similar to the feature already integrated into the template I’m currently using. I would need some type of counter that would tally up all votes toward the end of the year, letting me know which 12 girls received the most votes. Also, if it’s possible, I would like to eventually add live pay per view web cam to the site for those girls who would be interested in performing for paid members. If someone could tell me how to reconfigure the same theme, turning it into the site I need, I’d be more than willing to do the work myself.
